We don’t have a color palette preference. BUT, if you would like to coordinate with our wedding colors, you can wear blues, greens, yellows, or browns. Lauren also loves patterns and bright colors so go for it!

You can wear short sleeve button ups and summery dress or you can dress up more.

Fuchsia Dell: This photo is directly from the ground of Fuchsia Dell. Flat shoes are recommended! Avoid heels if you can.

If you’re planning to spend time in the Richmond or Sunset districts, here are our recommendations:

For things to do, visit the de Young Museum, the California Academy of Sciences, the San Francisco Botanical Garden, or explore Clement Street for local shops and neighborhood charm.

For casual food, try Tartine Bakery or Cinderella Bakery & Cafe.

For sit-down options, we recommend Cache (French), Burma Superstar (Burmese), or Lily (Vietnamese).

Park on Fulton Street and walk up Arguello Blvd. Turn onto Conservatory Dr E and descend into Fuchsia Dell. You will have to walk from the street down a paved hill towards a grassy area. Depending on where you park/get dropped off, it should be about a 10 minute walk.

We do not have a designated hotel block for guests. The most concentrated area of hotels is near Union Square. This area is convenient for public transportation. Please avoid hotels in the Tenderloin and Civic Center areas. If you are concerned about the location and safety of your hotel stay, please reach out to Lauren and Steven so they can help!
